<p>Responsible for workforce planning & MIS, HR Business Partner for International and Project Ports, campus hiring and supporting internal mobility management.</p>

<p><strong>Role & responsibilities</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Prepare and monitor annual HR budgets for entire organization</li>
<li>Prepare and monitor annual manpower and compensation budget</li>
<li>Ensure updation of organizational structures in coordination with departmental budgets across organization</li>
<li>Prepare monthly/quarterly/half yearly HR MIS reports</li>
<li>Maintain MIS for contractual workers across organization</li>
<li>As HR Business Partner for international and project ports:</li>
<li>Provide guidance and support to site teams</li>
<li>Responsible for Employee Life Cycle Management</li>
<li>Responsible for HR Operations activities like payroll processing, manpower budgeting, annual goal setting and performance appraisal process</li>
<li>Create the campus hiring and summer internship plan with business stakeholders and ensure execution as per business needs</li>
<li>Drive communication of internal mobility opportunity across APSEZ</li>
<li>Provide process guidance to site HR teams</li>
</ul>
