</div><div><br></div><div>Key Responsibilities
</div><div> Lead the development and implementation of machining processes for automobile casting parts using CNC and VMC machines
</div><div> Collaborate with design quality and production teams to ensure smooth transition from prototype to mass production
</div><div> Review and analyze technical drawings CAD models and specifications to establish efficient machining strategies
</div><div> Optimize machining parameters to improve productivity reduce cycle time and ensure dimensional accuracy of parts
</div><div> Ensure adherence to critical dimensional and aesthetic requirements minimizing defects and damages during production
</div><div> Troubleshoot and resolve machining issues related to casting materials tooling and processes
</div><div> Participate in New Product Development (NPD) projects providing input on manufacturability and process improvements
</div><div> Work closely with suppliers and vendors for tooling fixtures and equipment procurement
</div><div> Develop and document Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work instructions for machining processes
</div><div> Conduct First Article Inspections (FAI) and ensure compliance with customer and industry standards
</div><div> Monitor machining operations to ensure process control and quality consistency </div><div> Support continuous improvement initiatives including lean manufacturing
</div><div> Coordinate with crossfunctional teams to address customer concerns defects and corrective actions</div><div><br></div><div>Key Requirements
</div><div> Education Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering Manufacturing Engineering or related field
</div><div> Experience Minimum of 3 years of handson experience in CNC and VMC machining particularly in automobile casting parts development
</div><div> Strong understanding of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing) casting processes and machining operations
</div><div> Solid knowledge of tooling fixture design and material properties relevant to casting parts Ability to interpret technical drawings and production requirements with a focus on
</div><div>manufacturability
