<p>1) Should be a Graduate in Mechanical Engineering.<br />
2) Should be able to use Computer efficiently-</p>

<li>Should have expertise in Microsoft office ( Power point , Excel , word etc )</li>
<li>Expertise in working on CATIA software</li>
<li>Should have good knowledge of UG-NX</li>
</ul>
<p>3) Expertise in Drawing and Design practices –</p>
<ul>
<li>Should be able to read all engineering drawings.</li>
<li>Should be able to create drawings form samples or concepts.</li>
<li>Should have good analytical and mathematical abilities.</li>
</ul>
<p>5) Knowledge of Intrinsic properties of SS material and its behavior in press tool working.<br />
6) Knowledge of Embossed sheet metal behavior in press tool working<br />
7) Should be able to draw Free Body Diagrams ( and further force analysis ) for static and dynamic conditions.<br />
8) Good knowledge of Applied Mechanics and Strength of Materials.<br />
9) Good knowledge of materials and its applications. Good knowledge of material standards.<br />
10) Good knowledge of the material’s heat treatment.<br />
11) Good knowledge of LIMITS , FITS and TOLERANCES.<br />
12) Good knowledge of intrinsic properties of sheet metals ( MS , SS , AL )<br />
13) Good knowledge of all machining processes including CNC<br />
14) Knowledge of FEA ( Finite Element Analysis ) and FEM ( Finite Element Methods )</p>
<p>Additional Requirements<br />
A) Good knowledge of Heat Transfer-</p>
<ul>
<li>Modes of heat transfer</li>
<li>Materials and it’s properties related to heat transfer</li>
</ul>
<p>B) Knowledge of CFD software, <br />
C)Knowledge of FEA software like ANSYS , NASTRAN etc- </p>
<ul>
<li>Able to read and analyze Post Processing results</li>
<li>Meshing</li>
<li>Pre-Processing</li>
</ul>
<p>D) Knowledge of Automobile Engineering, Mechanisms in Automobiles and its calculations etc<br />
E) Knowledge of press tool processes , Welding</p>
