Design Engineer
<div> </div><div><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></div><div> Design & develop mechanical components and assemblies using SolidWorks or similar CAD tools </div><div> Create detailed 3D models engineering drawings and BOMs for manufacturing </div><div> Work extensively with sheet metal design fabrication and assembly techniques </div><div> Ensure designs comply with automotive industry standards and regulatory requirements </div><div> Support prototype development and testing to verify design feasibility and performance </div><div> Optimize designs for costeffectiveness weight reduction and performance improvements </div><div> Troubleshoot design and production challenges efficiently </div><div> Maintain and manage engineering documentation revisions and design history </div><div><strong>Qualifications & Experience:</strong></div><div> Bachelors degree in mechanical engineering or a related field </div><div> 3 years of experience in mechanical design preferably in the automotive industry </div><div> Proficiency in any CAD software for 3D modeling assemblies and drafting </div><div> Strong understanding of sheet metal design fabrication and welding techniques </div><div> Knowledge of automotive components materials and manufacturing processes </div><div> Handson experience with GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing) </div><div> Familiarity with PLM & ERP systems </div><div> Strong analytical problemsolving and communication skills </div><div> Ability to manage multiple projects in a fastpaced environment </div><div><br></div><div> </div><div> </div><div> </div><div> </div><div> </div>
