Associate Mechanical Engineer

The company is a global technology leader in aerospace fuel, hydraulic, electric and actuation systems for commercial and military use; and truck and automotive drivetrain and powertrain systems for performance, fuel economy and safety; electrical products, systems and services for power quality, distribution, control, and transmission. • The Major responsibilities for this role EE : simulations in LT/PSPICE ,designing ,testing, schematics drafting using allegro/alutium tool. • Collaborate with mechanical, layout, and firmware engineers to successfully develop and validate the designs up to and including certification and product launch. • Utilizes the support of model-based development processes, automated testing, verification & validation tools.Ability to Analyze and predict design performance using Simulation tools, Analytical Skills etc.Should adopt 8D approach for failure analysis. • Prior experience of commercial vehicle product development process at system and subsystem levels is preferred. • Should have experience in Sustaining engineering, New Product Development (NPD) . • Should have proficiency in mechanical and pneumatic design & drafting (CAD tools), GD&T & statistical tolerancing. Qualifications: • B-Tech/BE • 0-2 Years • Bachelors degree in Electrical, Electronics with industry experience of over 0-2 years / experience of over 0-2 years in product design ,drawings and CAD modelling Skills: Skills: Electrical Requirement: : Testing -Low/High power functional testing , Design and engineering verification testing Simulations -LT spice , Pspice Schematic Drafting in allegro, Altium Basic electronics, electrical datasheet oriented understanding of embedded components, op-amps, AC-DC circuits, tolerance analysis , solenoids, solenoid drivers, sensors, communication protocol CAN , I2C, RS232 , filter design. • Working knowledge of CAD tools such as Pro/E Creo, Solid works, CATIA and AutoCAD, assembly, detailing to prepare CAD models and complete detailed design/drawings. • Utilizes understanding of manufacturing processes to improve new and existing designs & acts as a technical resource for internal / external customers and resolves technical challenges. • Good communication and presentation skills - both verbal and written are necessary with an ability to make necessary status reports, technical presentations to Eaton management and global stakeholders. • Learning Agility – Quick to learn, agility to understand different engineering disciplines.
