<ul> <li>Product quality index and Output quality improvement</li> <li>Rejection &amp; Rework cost reduction</li> <li>Validation and Calibration of fixtures and gauges</li> <li>Process and product audit</li> <li>Welding M/c calibration &amp; welder certifications</li> <li>Safety, Kaizen, Improvement and 5S</li> <li>Digitization in system &amp; process</li> </ul> <p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Ensuring the Calibration &amp; Maintenance of Measuring Instruments and Inspection Equipment-s through EAM.</li> <li>Conducting Inspections of in-house manufactured parts (CMM) and Receiving inspection clearance through ERP (LN-infor)</li> <li>Preparation of QAP, Product control plan and Inspection check-sheets, Process audit check-sheets.</li> <li>Development and validation of jigs and fixtures for manufactured parts, providing inputs during DAP.</li> <li>Conducting MSA and SPC for machined components.</li> <li>Approval and Validation of manufacturing process.</li> <li>RTS sign off</li> <li>Validation of welding equipment.</li> <li>Welder certifications and deployment as per skill matrix.</li> <li>Report the deviations to the higher management.</li> <li>Design Inputs and Design Modification through REAs.</li> <li>Analysis of Re-work/Repair, Line Rejections and ORC closure.</li> <li>Ensure adherence to line rejection SOP and correct disposition of the material rejected on eassy line.</li> <li>Verification of ECN implementation for manufactured components.</li> <li>Inspection of service spares BO + manufactured.</li> <li>Digitization of the inspection and measurement process for inhouse manufactured components.</li> <li>Conducting IMS audits and Process Audits.</li> <li>Conducting Poka-Yoke workshops, Training programs for operators and implementation of best industry practices.</li> <li>Ensure Strict Adherence to departmental operating procedures and promote the safe working environment. Ensuring safety in department by HIRA and elimination of hazards</li> <li>Implementing kaizens and product / process improvements to address issue of plant and field</li> <li>Conducting daily toolbox meetings, safety meetings, work allocation to inspectors and monitoring.</li> </ul>
