Functional Planning: Estimate investments &amp; TEK ( Technical capacity), administer Zero base costing to optimise MAT cost, Logistic cost through Supply Chain Network Design (SCND) &amp; organise Business Case evaluation for Platform &amp; relocation projects as per PS Process Compass
Operations Management: Develop Process Flow, Line concept, FMEA, Lean manufacturing concepts for all New products &amp; participate in International Production Network (IPN) connect
Technology Management:
a) Define technology fields for manufacturing with Core, Key and Standard processes for New products, Plan front loading of Competence development, Establish training framework &amp; standard for assessing Technology Competence level.
b) Administer pool of experts for Core Technologies at PSIN with PS Center of Competence (CoC) Membership &amp; Supervise working group meetings to achieve defined goals
Qualifications
BE (Mech, Industrial Engineering, Automotive or Mechatronics)
Preferably 5 to 10 years of work experience in Process planning /Technical functions (Process Development)
Experience in relocation projects is preferred
Experience with lean manufacturing concept

Knowledge:
Advanced Knowledge of DFMA - Design For Manufacturing and Assembly
Competent knowledge of new manufacturing technologies.
Proficient in Assembly &amp; Testing concepts
