<ul> <li>New client acquisition and Managing south region.</li> <li>Scanning different sources in market for leads.</li> <li>Generation of enquiries of chillers, package units, ventilation, HVAC or Electrical, F&amp;F jobs.</li> <li>Preparing quotations for the enquiries, submission, negotiation with client/ Facility Management of Client.</li> <li>Maintain regular contact with different customers to ensure enquiries and job leads.</li> <li>Exposure of sales of O&amp;M / maintenance contracts with an established client base of multiple sites.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualifications &amp; Skills:</strong></p> <ul> <li>2 to 5 years of relevant Customer Service Experience</li> <li>Should have a BE/BTech/Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical</li> <li>Should have knowledge on statutory rules and regulation regarding minimum wages/ PF/ ESI/ Leave of central Govt. as well as State Govt.</li> <li>Should have knowledge on submitting E tender and participation on reverse auction of Govt tenders.</li> <li>In depth knowledge on AC&amp;R/ Electrical Service Industry or Facility management Companies in Delhi &amp; NCR Territory will be preferred</li> </ul>
