As a Competence Development Manager in GECIA, your mission will be to manage and enhance our present learning & skill development process. At large you will be able to bring more adaptive learning in the organisation with the access to best practices and conceptual systems.

<b>Key Responsibilities</b>
<div>You will create a worldclass learning experience for the employees right from their onboarding till their career progression. This includes but not limited to:</div>
<ul>
<li>To establish GECIA training academy</li>
<li>To gather inputs for technical and behavioural training by running Training Need Assessment in organisation for Soft Skills, Technical Skills and Leadership Skills</li>
<li>You will responsible to build the annual training calendar.</li>
<li>Create learning KPIs supporting the business needs.</li>
<li>Prepare & monitor Training Budgets</li>
<li>With the help of technical leaders, you will create & organize Learning content from
<ul>
<li>In-house expertise of within and across Atlas Copco units</li>
<li>Creating Learning & development Partner Ecosystem</li>
<li>Training Agencies</li>
<li>Field / Domain experts</li>
<li>Academic institutions</li>
<li>Learning platforms</li>
<li>Identifying learning opportunities through exhibitions, conferences, fairs etc. organized by other organizations / agencies.</li>
</ul>
</li>
<li>Training effectiveness Evaluation implementation (Kirk Patrick or other models)</li>
<li>Drive Learning ecosystem towards reducing time to competence.</li>
<li>Drive Upskilling & reskilling Programs</li>
<li>Celebrating our group #Neverstoplearning festival</li>
<li>Alignment with Local / Global Academies and HR Teams</li>
<li>Facilitating specific learning & skill development projects</li>
