Mechanical Production Engineer

<div><strong>Job Responsibilities</strong></div><div><br></div><ul><li>Supervise and manage daytoday production activities to ensure timely delivery and quality standards</li><li>Develop and optimize manufacturing processes for improved productivity and efficiency</li><li>Coordinate with design quality and procurement teams for seamless operations</li><li>Analyze production data troubleshoot problems and implement corrective actions</li><li>Monitor machine performance and ensure proper maintenance schedules are followed</li><li>Prepare and maintain production documentation including process sheets reports and logs</li><li>Implement lean manufacturing and continuous improvement practices on the shop floor</li><li>Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.</li></ul><div><strong>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications</strong></div><div><br></div><ul><li>Bachelors degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering</li><li>2 to 4 years of handson experience in a mechanical production or manufacturing environment</li><li>Strong understanding of production planning process improvement and quality standards</li><li>Familiarity with manufacturing tools such as AutoCAD SolidWorks and ERP systems is a plus</li><li>Good analytical and problemsolving skills</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities</li><li>Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively</li></ul>
