<ul><li>Should be a Graduate in Mechanical Engineering </li><li>Should be able to use Computer efficiently Should have expertise in Microsoft Office ( Powerpoint Excel word etc ) Expertise in working on CATIA software Should have good knowledge of UGNX </li><li>Expertise in Drawing and Design practices Should be able to read all engineering drawings Should be able to create drawings form samples or concepts&nbsp;</li><li> Should have good analytical and mathematical abilities </li><li>Knowledge of Intrinsic properties of SS material and its behavior in press tool working </li><li>Knowledge of Embossed sheet metal behavior in press tool working </li><li>Should be able to draw Free Body Diagrams ( and further force analysis ) for static and dynamic conditions&nbsp;</li><li> Good knowledge of Applied Mechanics and Strength of Materials&nbsp;</li><li> Good knowledge of materials and its applications Good knowledge of material standards </li><li>Good knowledge of materials heat treatment 11) Good knowledge of LIMITS FITS and TOLERANCES </li><li>Good knowledge of intrinsic properties of sheet metals ( MS SS AL )&nbsp;</li><li> Good knowledge of all machining processes including CNC&nbsp;</li><li> Knowledge of FEA ( Finite Element Analysis ) and FEM ( Finite Element Methods )</li><li><br></li></ul><div><strong>Additional Requirements</strong> </div><ul><li> Expertise in Press Tool designing of all kinds of press tools </li><li>Expertise in deciding process plans </li><li>Knowledge of CAM ( Computer Aided Machining ) program codes </li><li>Knowledge of Machine controllers and its abilities </li><li>Knowledge of all kinds of presses and its use </li><li>Good Knowledge of Forming Simulation softwares Able to read and analyze Post Processing results Meshing PreProcessing </li><li>Thorough knowledge of sheet metal materials </li><li>Thorough knowledge of materials used in press tools </li></ul><div><br></div>
