<ul> <li>Assigning responsibilities to production employees.</li> <li>Handling and operating re &amp; Safety equipments, Fire extinguishers. &nbsp;</li> <li>Following work permit system as per standard instructions. &nbsp;</li> <li>Ensuring the safety of the people working in the block. &nbsp;</li> <li>Ensuring the manual packing operation of a nish product by the help of Manpower with battery operated straping machine. &nbsp;</li> <li>Ensuring the spare battery for the straping machine. &nbsp;</li> <li>Ensuring the settings of the straping machine before starting the packing operation. &nbsp;</li> <li>Ensuring the necessary packing materials are available in the packing area to avoid stoppage of packing. &nbsp;</li> <li>Ensuring the edge tape as per the product. &nbsp;</li> <li>Giving instructions to the fork lift person to</li> <li>Supervising and monitoring employees.</li> <li>Conducting reviews for personnel performance.</li> <li>Compiling production records.</li> <li>Ensuring all equipment is functioning properly.</li> <li>Preparing work schedules.</li> <li>Assist with the development of personnel</li> <li>Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues</li> </ul>
