</div><div><br> </div><div>* Plan coordinate and execute engineering projects related to plant expansion equipment installation and process upgrades
</div><div>* Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including Production Quality Assurance Validation and Maintenance to ensure project success
</div><div>* Prepare and review technical documentation engineering drawings and project reports
</div><div>* Manage equipment qualification and validation activities (IQOQPQ) in compliance with GMP and regulatory standards
</div><div>* Monitor project progress timelines budgets and resource allocation to ensure ontime and withinbudget delivery
</div><div>* Identify and resolve technical issues perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions
</div><div>* Ensure all project activities comply with safety standards regulatory requirements (FDA WHO EMA) and company policies
</div><div>* Liaise with vendors and contractors for equipment procurement installation and commissioning
</div><div>* Support continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization efforts
</div><div>* Maintain change control documentation and support audits and inspections
</div><div>* Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation plans for engineering projects
