Quality Engineer

<p><strong>Role &amp; responsibilities</strong></p> <p>1. Ensuring the Calibration &amp; Maintenance of Measuring Instruments and Inspection Equipment</p> <p>2. Conducting Inspections of in-house manufactured parts (CMM) and Receiving inspection clearance</p> <p>3. Preparation of QAP, Product control plan and Inspection check-sheets, Process audit check-sheets.</p> <p>4. Should be able to work as a MR for an organization.</p> <p>5. Responsible for QMS ISO 9001/AS9100/IATF implementation.</p> <p>6. Should have experience of handling external or customer audits and closer of NCR independently.</p> <p>7. Responsible for internal audit and conduct as per plan.</p> <p>8. Participate in PPAP,FAI,PMEA documents.</p> <p>9. Should be read and understand customer specific std. and implement in QMS.</p>
