<li>The success candidate will be the part of an International Design and Engineering Team heavily specialized in Power Transformers design covering different countries.</li>
<li>Understanding manufacturing techniques used to manufacture the components used at that Alamo plant, including but not limited to: metal casting (sand, permanent, and die), plastics thermoset and epoxy (poured, injected, cast), plastics injection molded, metal forming (cast, drawn, forged), porcelain (extruded or thrown).</li>
<li>Interact with our Global Technical Center in new developments and R&D Projects.</li>
<li>Provide support to SCM in Cost Out initiatives</li>
<li>FEA and electrical field stress as it relates to finely graded condenser bushings</li>
<li>FEA and electromagnetic stress as it relates to finely graded condenser bushings</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Knowledge and Experience:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Strong and seasoned Electrical/Mechanical engineer (B.E, B.Tech) with understanding of electrical and power engineering theory.</li>
<li>Around 2 - 7 Years of relevant experience.</li>
<li>Experienced in ISO 9001, ISO18001, and ISO 14001.</li>
<li>Robust understanding of the IEEE Standards and NAM market requirements.</li>
<li>A deep on-hands experience of the construction techniques, configuration, and technology theory of finely graded OIP</li>
<li>(Oil Impregnated Paper) condenser bushings.</li>
<li>A deep on-hands experience understanding of the construction techniques, configuration, and technology theory of finely</li>
<li>graded RIS (Resin Impregnated Synthetic) condenser bushings.</li>
<li>Deep understanding of materials to include but not limited to porcelain, aluminum, both conductor grade and structural,</li>
<li>Brass, bronze, epoxy, glass, paper( other cellulose materials), and oils.</li>
<li>Experienced with the use of PTC products to include Creo 4.0, Windchill, and mechanical simulations.</li>
<li>Experience on Microsoft office and tools.</li>
