<div> DivisionFunction AIB PED </div><div> Knowledge on Airbag & Buckles </div><div> Willingness to travel willingness to work off hours etc </div><div> Willing to work in other plant for short time </div><div> assignments </div><div> Coordinate with AMT team members to full fill routine AMG activities </div><div> Analyse the issues & be a part of problemsolving team </div><div> Monitoring PED documents like PFD CC SC list Cpk studieslayout studies New machine validation Fixture validation </div><div> Process Validation for AMGs </div><div> Manufacturing process knowledge Riveting Screwing Welding stitching Laser inkjet marking inspection testing folding </div><div> tucking etc </div><div> Feasibility check for manufacturing or sample build Modification or new fixture development </div><div> Meet Day to day need of AMG related to Process Engineering Meet AS1 activities like build support documentations FTG </div><div> validation etc </div><div> DPMU LMPU reduction </div><div> Ontime Process validation and fixture validation with </div><div> documentation </div><div> Production linemachine PLM documentation </div><div> Able to understand the Scope of Work and execute it with in the </div><div> expected due date </div><div> Able to study and understand the drawing requirement to meet </div><div> the customer expectations </div><div> AS7 activities (Fixture preparation for the change points PTR </div><div> involvement Sample builds Change point record & others) </div><div> Gate Pass preparation Follow up & closure with monthly report </div><div> Invoice closure (includes GRN) with record </div><div> AMT meeting updation daily (ie PED issues & PED improvements) </div><div> Daily discussion with Engineer about activities assigned </div><div> Process Validation yearly </div><div> Unplanned activities (Breakdown Process issues) </div><div> Basic understanding of drawing requirement (Engineer support) </div><div> Identify the change points </div><div> Feasibility check for manufacturing or sample build </div><div> Modification or new fixture development </div><div> Record in the Fixture list & handover to production Maintenance </div><div> with approval sign (Along with Dwg from supplier) </div><div> Fixture improvements to reduce the breakdown </div><div> Support for proto parts build activities for engineers </div><div> Coordinate for the Sample build activities </div><div> Process Validation for new lines for project specific </div><div> Understand productivity improvements set up time reduction </div><div> establishment of production lines cycle time VSM Kaizens </div><div> Kanbans Pokayoke etc </div><div><br></div>
