</div><div><strong>Location : </strong> Moraiya Changodar</div><div><br></div><div><strong>Your responsibilities : </strong></div><ul><li>Supervise daily assembly line operations ensuring efficiency and productivity
</li><li>Manage and train assembly line staff fostering a collaborative and motivated work environment
</li><li>Monitor production schedules and adjust workflows as necessary to meet deadlines
</li><li>Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards conducting regular inspections
</li><li>Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance performance
</li><li>Collaborate with other departments (eg Quality Control Maintenance) to ensure seamless operations
</li><li>Maintain accurate production records and prepare reports for management
</li><li>Troubleshoot assembly line issues and resolve them promptly to minimize downtime
</li><li>Ensure proper maintenance of equipment and tools used in the assembly process
</li><li>Qualifications
</li><li>Bachelors degree in Manufacturing Engineering or a related field (preferred)
</li><li>Proven experience in assembly line management & production supervision
</li><li>Strong leadership and team management skills
</li><li>Excellent problemsolving and decision making abilities
</li><li>Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies
</li><li>Strong communication skills both written and verbal
</li><li>Proficient in using production management software and Microsoft Office Suite
