Mechanical Production Engineer

<p>Plan and coordinate production engineering processes on daily basis to produce high quality products.<br /> Monitoring of Production Planning sheet, Machine Monitoring Sheets, coiling machine status, Tool register, PPE requirement, Plating Pressing outsourced work, Stress reliving/ Grinding/ Brightening Stock Inventory, SPC charts, First Off Approval records, Traveler Card, IPQC status, Code of Conduct at work, Quality management System, Employee records other correspondences.<br /> Analysis of Job Order received, Drawing/ sample verification, Over Time performance, Machine maintenance break down records, Scrap generated, Machine Speed Increase, Machine Downtime measurement.<br /> Improvise delivery performance like Improvising OEE, Machine speed, Reduction in down time, capacity utilization.</p> <p>Supervising the manufacturing processes, ensuring quality work is done in a safe, efficient manner.<br /> Study the raw material details from job order arrange for raw material by giving raw material request to store through production head.<br /> Establishing safety procedures and protocols that take the workers well-being into account.<br /> Drawing up production schedules and budgets for projects.<br /> Ensure product and process quality meets specifications required.<br /> Maintain statistical and financial records.<br /> Improve manufacturing efficiency by analyzing and planning work flow, space requirements and equipment layout.</p> <p>Remove waste from the processes.<br /> Implementing 5S , Kaizen, Pokayoke in the organization.<br /> Carry out FMEAs, (Failure Mode Effects Analysis) process documentation and implement improvements.<br /> Keep up with current and developing engineering trends.<br /> Undertake special projects as required.<br /> Contribute to continuous improvement activities.</p>
