Production Engineer

<p><strong>Job description</strong></p> <p><strong>Role &amp; Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Planning and coordinating daily shop floor activities.</li> <li>Understanding the Engineering drawings, Assign works &amp; Monitor specifications.</li> <li>Relevant ERP Manufacturing Transactions like BOM, MO &amp; PR Follow up to Delivery.</li> <li>Ensure Dispatches of units as per schedule.</li> <li>Knowledge in Manufacturing of Boilers, Heat Exchangers with Standards of IBR, EN &amp; ASME by following QAP with Necessary FAT (Factory Approval Test).</li> <li>Knowledge in MIG &amp; TIG Welding, Plasma Cutting, Gas Cutting.</li> <li>Knowledge on welding section documents like DPR - Welding, WPS, PQR, WPQR, WELD MAP &amp; Tests NDT.</li> <li>Analysis of In-Process Rejections and Implementation of actions to reduce them.</li> <li>Supervising the all operations in Production &amp; Report to Production In-Charges.</li> <li>Highlight any Shortage /discrepancy of material and confirming the alternate plan with PPC &amp; Production In-Charge.</li> <li>Optimum Utilization of 4M with RFT (Right First Time)</li> <li>To Ensure Process Instructions, MSDS, Safety &amp; 5S Related Documents.</li> <li>Motivating the employees in the production team to participate in Suggestion scheme, QCC &amp; Kaizens</li> <li>Shop Floor related Consumable Consumption &amp; Control through Tracking.</li> <li>To update documents related IMS audits for production department and close any non-conformity raised.</li> <li>To motivate, arrange and conduct training programs to all over plant operators (Regarding Safety, Quality, 5S &amp; Process)</li> <li>Adhering to &amp; ensuring compliance to all Safety parameters as per ISO 45001 and Environmental aspects as per ISO 14001.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Critical Competencies for the Job:</strong></p> <p>1.
