<p>To conduct the Process Trials, Validation, Process check(CP), installation &amp; Commissioning of Fixture Tool &amp; gauge, and equipment</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Role &amp; responsibilities&nbsp;:</strong></p> <ul> <li>On-time development of Jigs &amp; Fixtures</li> <li>Coordination with suppliers for Fixture Tools &amp; gauge development Production preparation</li> <li>Machine trial out</li> <li>Kaizen to improve the safety conditions</li> <li>Inspection and trial of Tooling</li> <li>Cycle time study and evaluation</li> <li>Process trial, validation, and process check</li> <li>Documentation for new projects</li> </ul> <p><strong>Preferred candidate profile</strong></p> <ul> <li>Knowledge of CNC machining</li> <li>Knowledge of APQP ad PPAP</li> <li>Knowledge of FTG Design and Development</li> <li>Knowledge of Basic Design</li> </ul>
