Quality Inspector

<p>Job Description:<br /> 1) Daily visit to supplier end.<br /> 2) In-process Inspection at the supplier end.<br /> 3) Collect Gauges for the monthly calibration plan from the supplier.<br /> 4) Take inventory photos of assets from the supplier.<br /> 5) Fill PIR for all Shipments.<br /> 6) Material testing from Lab.<br /> 7) Daily reporting about work.<br /> 8) Submit the report on time.<br /> 9) 100% Segregate of Parts in the case of NC.<br /> 10) In-house Machining in-process inspection.<br /> 11) In-house machining 100% inspection for critical parameters.<br /> 12) Fill report as per daily visits.</p> <p>Candidate profile:<br /> - Minimum Education (ITI) or Mechanical Diploma.<br /> - Have his own two-wheeler.<br /> - Having the capacity to report orally in Marathi.<br /> - Must have good communication.<br /> - Good team player.<br /> - Time flexible and efficient.<br /> - Stress resistant.<br /> - Takes good initiative and displays a proactive attitude (Result oriented)<br /> - Willing to travel across Maharashtra.<br /> - Able to use quality instruments for inspection.</p>
