Quality Engineer - Exp. 2 to 4 years - Pune Location

Managing and coordinating after-sales services operations by focusing on increasing intercompany after-sales satisfaction, analyzing intercompany after-sales income and profitability, implementing and administering all after sales</span></p><p><span style="color: rgb(71, 77, 106); background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255);">2. programs, policies, and procedures, providing technical assistance when required to promote the use of parts and products.</span></p><p><span style="color: rgb(71, 77, 106); background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255);">3. Managing and coordinating spare part sales by analyzing parts inventory, accessory, and labor sales and making strategic plans to improve, and monitor spare parts sales performance.</span></p><p><span style="color: rgb(71, 77, 106); background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255);">4. Coordination with the customer to support the PPC department for new project development</span></p><p><span style="color: rgb(71, 77, 106); background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255);">5. Supporting the sales department to develop leads and find internal information at the customer end.</span></p><p><span style="color: rgb(71, 77, 106); background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255);">6. Obligated to apply procedures, law, QMS (ISO), ICS, ethic standards, and KOMAX Code of Conduct, work health and wellbeing items, etc.</span></p><p><span style="color: rgb(71, 77, 106); background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255);">7. Support the team to improve competencies, performance, knowledge sharing, and cooperation.</span></p><p><span style="color: rgb(71, 77, 106); background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255);">8. Responsible for participating in the different projects etc. which are assigned by the Managing Direct.</span></p>
