<p><strong>Role &amp; responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Troubleshooting in PLC, HMI.</li> <li>Understanding of electrical drawings/ Understanding of ladder diagram will be preferred</li> <li>Understanding in PLC, CNC System and controllers.</li> <li>Knowledge in of servo motors and drives- Electrical and Electronics, DG, Compressor and Utilities</li> <li>Having experience in Trouble shooting /Diagnosis of electrical/mechanical problems in CNC, VMC and Sliding Head Machines.</li> <li>System knowledge IATF 16949:2016 Awareness</li> <li>Communication, Co-Ordination Skill</li> <li>Critical Spare stock monitoring as required.</li> <li>Problem Solving Techniques (CAPA) / Break down analysis</li> <li>Safety &amp; Statutory Rules &amp; Regulation, Industrial &amp; Personal Safety Awareness</li> <li>Knowledge about Daily, Monthly, Quarterly, Half yearly &amp; yearly Preventive Maintenance.</li> <li>Basic Knowledge about test equipment like multimeter, level gauge, Merger</li> <li>Knowledge about functions related to hydraulic &amp; pneumatic system</li> <li>Knowledge about Abnormal Situations and problem details</li> <li>Knowledge about test equipment and Checking Methods</li> <li>Knowledge about Documents &amp; records.</li> <li>Man Power and shift management &amp; Communication Skills</li> <li>General knowledge of Machine Alignment</li> <li>4M Change Management</li> </ul>
