Design Manager - Lead engineer

<p>Instrumentation Design engineer having experience (minimum 3+ years) in Basic and Detailed Design Engineering.</p> <p>Candidate should have knowledge on following:</p> <p><strong>Qualification: M.E./ B.E-Instrumentation</strong></p> <ul> <li>Good knowledge on Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, Document/Deliverable Management.</li> <li>Experience with SPI-INtools is a must.</li> <li>able to do 3D model review and instruct designers plus coordinate with client to raise &amp; resolve issues.</li> <li>Shall have basic knowledge in AutoCAD tool</li> <li>Shall have relevant experience in detailed engineering for Instrumentation and Control discipline for the Oil &amp; Gas, Petrochemical industry.</li> <li>Shall have an excellent knowledge of Standards, Principles, Practices and Procedures related to instrumentation and control engineering.</li> <li>Shall have experience in preparation of Design basis, specification, data sheets and sizing for various instruments including, control valves, PSVs, flowmeters etc.</li> <li>Shall have experience in Preparation of Instrument Index/ Various control system I/O lists.</li> <li>Shall have experience in Preparation of Wiring, Loop Drawings , Instrument location , cable routing drawings etc.</li> <li>Shall have experience in Preparation of Instrument Sizing calculations / Review &amp; comment Vendor Calculations.</li> <li>Inter department co-ordination as required.</li> <li>Preparation of material requisition (Requisition for Quotation).</li> <li>Review of vendor offers, Raise TQs and selection of technically qualified vendor for the given application. Preparation of Technical Bid Analysis.</li> <li>Review of vendor deliverables to ensure their technical compliance. Provide necessary inputs to other disciplines.</li> <li>Preparation of Material Requisition, Technical Offer Evaluation &amp; vendor document review</li> <li>Working with Client/ PMC for resolving the Technical queries, obtaining the necessary technical approvals, etc</li> <li>Adherence to Quality Assurance system, applicable procedures, Design basis, Applicable design guides / Standards / Specifications as applicable</li> <li>Co-ordination with customers and vendors.</li> <li>Monitoring on a daily basis to ensure that planned works have been completed to the customer s reasonable satisfaction.</li> <li>Supporting for Proposal works / Manhours Estimation.</li> </ul>
