Production Shift Supervisor - Delhi and Indore - Exp.: 3 to 5 years

This is your role</p><p><br></p><p><strong>a) EHS:</strong></p><ul><li>Preparation of safety guidelines for PPE s and ensure that these are followed on shopfloor.</li><li>Preparation and implementation of HIRA, SOP, EMS Aspects Impacts, Toolbox talk on shop floor.</li><li>Ensure all MSDS are displayed and followed where chemicals are available.</li><li>Identifying High risk activities and implementing CAPA.</li><li>Ensure Consistency in Identifying the Risks hazards in workstation areas.</li><li>Periodic shop rounds and proactively Capture Unsafe Acts/Unsafe Conditions and ensure effective closures within timeline.</li><li>Motivate employees including contractors to proactively report Unsafe acts, Unsafe Conditions, Near miss, First Aid case Incidents.</li><li>Weekly review of reported Unsafe Acts Unsafe Conditions by my team in safety register and facilitate for timely closures.</li><li>Review, update and prepare all relevant EHS documents for Manufacturing for complying with ISO:45001, ISO:14001 requirements.</li><li>Observations/NCs reported in External and Internal EHS audits related to Manufacturing to be timely closed.</li><li>Identification, segregation, disposal, and documentation of hazardous waste generated during manufacturing process.</li><li>Ensure participation in EHS meeting and timely compliance of observations.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>b) Product quality assurance:</strong></p><ul><li>Pre-Manufacturing Preparation (Kick off meeting).</li><li>Participating in the root cause analysis for the NCs reported and making A3,8D analysis and implementing the corrective and preventive actions. (NCR CAPA (A3/8D).)</li><li>Monitoring and development of competency, skill within team and Identifying training needs as per gaps.</li><li>Relevant Technical Training is imparted for all employees.</li><li>Timely feedback sharing for improvement to Quality design during manufacturing / after completion of job.</li><li>Ensuring qualification and certification of employees for special processes as per TPD / customer requirement.</li><li>Handling smooth coordination of customer inspections at shopfloor as approved QAP.</li><li>Work instruction / TPD (TMR) /Shop Floor asset limitation updating.</li><li>Ensure availability of right quality material at shop floor.</li><li>Ensure work carried out is as per Quality norms, QAP and availability of latest updated TPD documents.</li><li>Review, update and prepare all relevant QMS documents for Manufacturing for complying with ISO:9001 requirements.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>c) Productivity monitoring:</strong></p><ul><li>Loading the workstation as per production plan</li><li>Daily reporting of manhours in SAP and DPR system</li><li>Plan Vs actual man-machine hrs for each work order generating feedback with analysis.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>d) Planning:</strong></p><ul><li>Preparing manufacturing plan for shopfloor.</li><li>Identifying areas for improvement and making training plan for the same.</li><li>Attending Daily "Sunrise Meeting" and plan manufacturing activities in advance to meet the delivery schedules.</li><li>Active Participate in "Weekly production plan review" and update plan manufacturing activities in advance to meet the delivery schedules.</li><li>Co-ordinate with internal customers to achieve FAT schedule.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>e) General points:</strong></p><ul><li>Maintenance /Departmental administration coordination.</li><li>Assisting in plant expansion Projects</li><li>QMS/EMS and Process audit and implementing and closing of findings.</li><li>Flexible to work in shifts</li><li>We don t need superheroes, just super minds.</li><li>BE-Mechanical or Dip-Mechanical</li><li>With 3-5 years of experience into Transformer or Manufacturing Industry.</li></ul>
