The company provides products and services across the value chain, serving global customers by leveraging our scale and depth of operations.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>Business Area<br /> *Automotive<br /> -Carpet, Insulation, Package Tray, Headliner, Door Panels, Nonwoven Aspect fabrics for seat back</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>Job responsibilities are as mentioned below -</p> <ul> <li>To ensure the efficient running of all plants and machineries by way of monitoring optimum output from each machine/ production line.</li> <li>To maximize the OEE and increase the efficiency by increasing the JPH.</li> <li>To ensure efficient usage of Raw Material by way of monitoring and optimizing the consumption.</li> <li>To ensure efficient usage of Manpower by way of mapping the operations and ensuring no additional men deployment.</li> <li>Must work towards bringing down the costs while maintain the quality of the product.</li> <li>To motivate and get maximum output from Men and the machines.</li> <li>Train the new operators so as to make them skilled.</li> <li>Monitoring daily reports and analyzes the same.</li> <li>Do all the proper production order posting in SAP at the end of each shift &amp; make sure all finished materials transferred in FG area.</li> <li>Ensure smooth shift transfer and update the next shift in charge of the important shift activity.</li> <li>To facilitate the man power with proper PPE and necessary materials so as no line stoppage is occurs.</li> <li>Co ordinate with the support function in cases any issues.</li> <li>Maintain 5S on the shop floor and educate the operators the importance of 5S.</li> <li>Involvement during new model development.</li> <li>Do required documentation on shop floor.</li> </ul>
