<p><strong>Position Summary:</strong><br />
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Manager to join our team in<br />
promoting and selling our Supply Chain Finance product in our company. As a Sales Manager, you will<br />
play a critical role in driving business growth by identifying potential clients, building relationships,<br />
and closing sales deals for our supply chain finance solutions.<br />
Responsibilities:<br />
<strong>1) Sales Execution:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Conduct effective sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.</li>
<li>Understand client requirements and tailor the Supply Chain Finance product offering to meet their</li>
<li>specific needs.</li>
<li>Present pricing, terms, and conditions to clients and negotiate agreements to close sales deals.</li>
<li>Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and implementation for new clients.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>2) Relationship Management:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Develop and nurture long-term relationships with clients to maximize customer satisfaction and retention.</li>
<li>Provide ongoing support and assistance to clients, addressing their queries and concerns promptly.</li>
<li>Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to identify additional opportunities and upsell/cross-sell our products.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>3) Sales Reporting and Analysis:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM</li>
<li>system.</li>
<li>Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.</li>
<li>Analyze sales performance metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>4) Market Intelligence:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.</li>
<li>Continuously enhance product knowledge and remain well-informed about supply chain finance</li>
<li>concepts and practices.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Qualifications and Requirements:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li> Proven track record of at least 1-5 years in sales, preferably in the distribution sector (FMCG/FMCD/Paints/Wires/Batteries/Tyres, etc.).</li>
<li>An understanding of supply chain finance or working capital solutions is desirable.</li>
<li>Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas.</li>
<li>Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.</li>
<li>Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.</li>
<li>Comfortness in using CRM software and other sales tools.</li>
<li>Willingness to travel extensively to meet clients and attend industry events.</li>
