Production Engineer - Bangalore

<p>We are looking for a Production Engineer</p> <p><strong>Skills: </strong>Should be familiar with Microsoft Office i.e. Word, Excel &amp; PowerPoint</p> <p><strong>Job Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Responsible for overall operations on the shop floor.</li> <li>Verify operating procedures are followed by operations.</li> <li>Ensure Proper record keeping and storage of production records.</li> <li>Reporting of production - Production, Defects &amp; Wastage</li> <li>Able to do root cause analysis and identify corrective actions.</li> <li>Able to identify the spare requirement for the process.</li> <li>Production planning and staffing of processes to optimize manpower utilization.</li> <li>Able to maintain material consumption records.</li> <li>Material requisition for the products from stores.</li> <li>Maintain product equipment history. Support improvement projects and any other company initiative.</li> <li>To enhance process capability and reduce rejection.</li> <li>Shift handling, Manpower handling, and duty reporting.</li> <li>Troubleshooting</li> </ul>
