<li>Troubleshoot equipment: The maintenance engineer is responsible for troubleshooting equipment problems and determining the root cause of malfunctions. They may use diagnostic tools and software to identify issues.</li>
<li>Schedule maintenance activities: The maintenance engineer is responsible for scheduling regular maintenance activities, such as inspections, repairs, and preventive maintenance.</li>
<li>Coordinate maintenance activities: The maintenance engineer work with other teams, such as production or quality control, to coordinate maintenance activities and minimize production downtime.</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with regulations: The maintenance engineer is responsible for ensuring that maintenance activities comply with relevant regulations, such as safety or environmental regulations.</li>
<li>Manage spare parts inventory: The maintenance engineer is responsible for managing the inventory of spare parts and ensuring that necessary parts are available when needed.</li>
<li>Train maintenance staff: The maintenance engineer responsible for training other maintenance staff and ensuring that they are knowledgeable about the equipment and maintenance procedures.</li>
<li>Maintain maintenance records: The maintenance engineer is responsible for maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities, including repairs, inspections, and preventive maintenance.</li>
<li>Identify opportunities for improvement: The maintenance engineer responsible for identifying opportunities for improvement in maintenance processes and procedures and implementing changes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.</li>
<li>Monitor equipment performance: The maintenance engineer responsible for monitoring equipment performance and making recommendations for upgrades or replacements as needed.</li>

<p><strong>Required Skills and Experience: -</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>B.E/B. Tech in Electronics / Electrical / Mechanical Engineering</li>
<li>Candidate with 2 to 6 years of Maintenance experience in PCBA Manufacturing.</li>
<li>Solid understanding of technical aspects of SMT, ICT Machines -</li>
<li>Machine details - Placement machine (Siplace), Screen Printer (Dek), Reflow Oven (Seho), wave soldering, PCBA Test machines, and other equipment relevant to the PCBA manufacturing process.</li>
<li>PLC programming knowledge.</li>
<li>Experience in planning maintenance operations.</li>
<li>Able to diagnose and troubleshoot problems quickly and effectively</li>
<li>Skill to understand circuit diagram to troubleshoot electrical faults in machine.</li>
<li>Ability to work along with team to get the desired results.</li>
<li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills & techniques (eg. 8D)</li>
<li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li>
<li>Good communication skills, able to communicate effectively with other engineers, technicians, and stakeholders in the organization</li>
