Good Manufacturing Process Knowledge (Sheet Metal)<br /> 7. Knowledge of GD &amp; T.<br /> 8. Knowledge of CF Manufacturing</p> <p><strong>Panel Inspection:</strong> Conduct visual and dimensional inspections of skin panels to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.</p> <p><strong>Documentation:</strong> Maintain detailed records of inspection results, documenting any defects or deviations from quality standards.</p> <p><strong>Testing:</strong> Perform various tests and measurements on panels, including hardness, thickness, and coating adhesion tests.</p> <p><strong>Defect Identification:</strong> Identify and categorize defects or imperfections in panels, communicating findings to the production team for corrective action.</p> <p><strong>Quality Standards:</strong> Stay updated on industry quality standards and company-specific guidelines, ensuring compliance at all times.</p> <p><strong>Calibration:</strong> Ensure that inspection equipment is calibrated regularly and properly maintained.</p> <p><strong>Process Improvement:</strong> Collaborate with the quality control team to identify opportunities for process improvements and quality enhancement.</p> <p><strong>Safety:</strong> Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.</p> <p>Communication: Communicate effectively with colleagues, including production staff and quality control manager, regarding quality issues and improvements.</p>
