Primary Design Engineer - GIS

<p><strong>Your Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>GIS Substation Single Line Diagram, 3D Model, layouts, sections and detailed erection drawings preparation for tenders or projects based on customer specification.</li> <li>Prepare Bill of material for tenders or projects based on requirement.</li> <li>Finalization of Civil Input Requirement, Earthing &amp; Cable Tray Layout.</li> <li>Technical data sheets verification of primary equipment</li> <li>Provide optimized designs on time with standard quality for AIS, GIS, Hybrid and special purpose substations.</li> <li>Adherence to quality system and contribution to its improvement</li> <li>Vendor evaluation by visiting to their facilities</li> <li>Responsible for obtaining customer approvals for the designs and drawings</li> <li>As-built drawings preparation etc.</li> <li>Selection of Components from Product database based on project requirement.</li> <li>Co ordination with different stakeholders during project execution.</li> <li>Coordinate with site team on commissioning of equipment or to respond to technical queries, corrections etc as applicable</li> <li>Directly responsible for maintaining and updating the documentation for respective projects as per quality process</li> </ul> <p><strong>Your Background:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Years of experience: 2 7 years with Bachelors Engineering /Diploma in Electrical.</li> <li>Proficiency in required CAD design tools (AutoCAD, 3D competence required)</li> <li>Knowledge of relevant International standards ex. IEEE, IEC etc.</li> <li>Knowledge on High Voltage products.</li> <li>Having knowledge on SAP will be preferred.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p>
