Design Manager- Product Design

<ul> <li>Should have knowledge of NPD of On/Off highway vehicles, Material handling or mobile equipments</li> <li>Good experience in development of powertrain system &amp; packaging of On/Off highway equipments</li> <li>Technical concept development, knowledge of VAVE</li> <li>Experience in Sheet metal and fabrication parts design preferable</li> <li>Good understanding of design and engineering fundamentals, GD&amp;T</li> <li>Able to lead team of engineers according to requirement</li> <li>Ability to lead cross functional internal teams</li> <li>Growth attitude by improving current WoW &amp; generating out of box ideas</li> <li>Review and validate manufacturing drawings in accordance with applicable standards</li> <li>Knowledge of PLM, PDM system, Engineering change management</li> <li>Good knowledge of 3D Modelling / Drafting</li> <li>Working knowledge ofCATIAV5 / Creo</li> <li>Experience in Automation in repeated activities will be added advantage</li> </ul>
