Senior Design Engineer - Automotive Plastic Product Design - Catia V5 / NX

<ul> <li>Proficient in 3D Part Design, Surfacing, Assembly Design, and 2D drafting in Catia / NX(Surfacing is a must).</li> <li>Ability to position and manipulate models, as well as cut sections, dimension, and conceptualize designs.</li> <li>Understanding of Styling surface and dividing as per component level.&nbsp;</li> <li>Knowledge of Fasteners, Dowels, and locating elements.</li> <li>Thorough knowledge of Manufacturing Drawings &amp; GD&amp;T.</li> <li>Understanding of plastic part manufacturing.</li> <li>Good analytical and communication skills.</li> <li>Good knowledge of plastic part design &amp; tooling feasibility with tool direction definition, parting line &amp; Slider/Lifter construction.&nbsp;</li> <li>Target setting for parts strength, Gap-flush, GD&amp;T.</li> </ul>
