Mechanical Design Engineer | Pune

<div>We are seeking a skilled Design Engineer with expertise in design tools machining processes and product documentation The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and reviewing engineering drawings supporting production with technical inputs and ensuring compliance with quality standards for precision manufacturing components</div><div><br></div><div><strong>&nbsp;Key Responsibilities</strong></div><ul><li>Study interpret and prepare detailed engineering drawings</li><li>Create and modify designs using AutoCAD and 3D software (NX SolidWorks)</li><li>Apply GD&amp;T principles and ensure measurement accuracy</li><li>Prepare machining process drawings (CNC VMC setups etc)</li><li>Select suitable materials and provide inputs on properties</li><li>Support PPAP documentation and quality requirements</li><li>Work with ERP software for design data &amp; production planning</li><li>Coordinate with production on surface treatment processes (heat treatment zinc plating anodizing etc)</li><li>Maintain records reports and technical documentation</li><li>Use MS Office for reports presentations and documentation</li></ul><div><strong><br>Skills &amp; Knowledge Required</strong></div><ul><li>Strong drawing reading and interpretation skills (must)</li><li>Proficiency in AutoCAD (must)</li><li>Handson experience in NX SolidWorks</li><li>Knowledge of GD&amp;T machining processes and measurement techniques</li><li>Understanding of materials &amp; surface treatments for manufacturing</li><li>Familiarity with PPAP documentation and ERP software</li><li>Good communication reporting and problemsolving skills<br></li></ul>
