<p><strong>Position Title:</strong> Design Engineer</p> <p><strong>Job Location:</strong> Chennai</p> <p><strong>Exterior Trims / Interior Trims / IP</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>CATIA V5 Exterior Trims </strong>- Front &amp; Rear Bumper, Radiator Grill, Claddings, Wheel Arch Liner</li> <li><strong>Interior Trims</strong> - Cockpit ( Instrument Panel, Door Trims, Floor Console), Trims Pillar Trims, Soft Trims, Headliner, Carpets</li> <li>CATIA V5 with, conceptual and detail design of suspension components and systems, GD &amp; T, and team center engineering</li> <li>Vehicle Integration / Power train integration</li> <li><strong>CATIA V5 -</strong> Packaging, Assembly, DMU, Sheet metal &amp; Surface modelling, team center engineering</li> <li><strong>BIW:</strong> Upperbody/ Underbody / Closures GSM /Side body outer/ inner, doors, closures</li> <li>Catia V5 with BIW, Body, GSD, surfacing, sheet metal</li> <li>Must have strong experience in the design of automotive body components</li> <li>Steering &amp; wheel ends / Brakes / Driveshaft &amp; Clutches</li> <li>CATIA V5 - Good knowledge of the design of sheet metal, surfacing and casting components, GD &amp; T, and team center engineering</li> <li>Cooling, HVAC, DFMEA/DFA/DFS/DFM, GD &amp; T and team center engineering</li> <li>Seats CATIA V5</li> </ul> <p>Experience in Automotive seating systems.</p> <p>Proven experience in product design for Plastic components of seating, understanding of manufacturing processes relative to plastic components</p>
