Lead Mechanical Product Design Engineer

<div><strong>Technical Design &amp; Engineering</strong></div><ul><li>Lead the design and development of new plastic injectionmolded products and enhance existing ones</li><li>Create 3D CAD models 2D drawings and detailed design documentation</li><li>Coordinate with CNC toolroom and mold vendors to ensure manufacturability and costeffectiveness</li><li>Evaluate material and component performance ensure compliance with industry standards</li><li>Execute product validation thermal mechanical and electrical performance tests</li><li>Collaborate with quality teams on rootcause analysis and implement corrective actions</li><li>Maintain design documentation integrity using PDM or ERP systems</li></ul><div><strong>Team Leadership</strong></div><ul><li>Guide and mentor a team of engineers (onsite and remote)</li><li>Support hiring onboarding and training of new team member</li><li>Foster a collaborative environment with open communication and knowledge sharing</li><li>Monitor team progress and report on project milestones risks and deliverables</li><li>Serve as the point of contact for crossfunctional technical coordination</li></ul><div><strong>Crossfunctional Collaboration</strong></div><ul><li>Work with suppliers for component sourcing and tooling requirements</li><li>Support production and operations during new product launch</li><li>Assist Sales and Marketing with product training technical data and customer queries</li></ul>
