<div><br></div><div>The HR Payroll Specialist will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll for all employees ensuring compliance with federal state and local payroll laws This position requires attention to detail a solid understanding of payroll systems and strong organizational skills to maintain efficient payroll processes</div><div> * Process end-to-end payroll for all employees is compliance with local laws and company policies</div><div> * Validate inputs such as attendance,leaves,bonuses,and deduction</div><div> * Ensure timely tax filings and statutory payments (eg., PF,ESI,TDS)</div><div> *Reconcile payroll data and prepare reports for audits and internal review </div><div> *Address employee payroll-related queries and resolve discrepancies</div><div> *Coordinate with HR and Finance teams for smooth payroll operations</div><div> *Maintain confidentiality and data integrity of payroll records</div><div> * Process and manage the payroll for all employees within specified pay periods
</div><div> * Review and ensure the accurate calculation of salaries wages overtime and other compensation
</div><div> * Manage the entry and maintenance of employee payroll information (eg pay rates deductions tax withholding)
</div><div> * Ensure accurate payment of employee wages and salary according to established pay schedules
