<ul><li> Review QAP &amp; check sheets for inprocess &amp; milestone inspection </li><li>Working with the Site team &amp; contractor to ensure prerequisites for compliance to Quality &amp; Engineering specs </li><li>Audit the inprocess milestone of the work as per QAP </li><li>Monitoring the overall work culture to avoid major Quality Violations Contractor workforce Training Quality Alerts Sharing Best Practices </li><li>Product NCR management for the deviations observed in supplied material </li><li>Daily Inspection Report &amp; analysis for repetitiveness &amp; severity </li><li>Raising Quality Violation issues &amp; reporting </li><li>Overall control to achieve desired quality as per specs First Lot Approval Prerequisite Checks Major Milestone approval </li><li>Contractor machinery inspection &amp; review of calibration certificates if any </li></ul><div><strong>Key Requirement</strong></div><div><br></div><ul><li>Must be Qualified in Diploma / BE in Mechanical Engineering</li><li>Shall have Experience and knowledge of Inspection of fabricated items </li><li>Shall have good Communication Skill </li><li>ASNT LevelII Certification in RTUTPTMPT AWS or CSWIP certification in welding is Preferable</li></ul>
