<p>&nbsp;</p> <ul> <li>3D finish of BIW fixtures,2D detailing of BIW fixtures</li> <li>Exposure to Quality check and Concepts,Good experience in any of the design softwares CATIA V5, NX</li> <li>Should be well versed European / Tier-1 BIW Fixture design Standards like Daimler Standards, Volvo Standards, BMW Standards, VW Standards.</li> <li>Expertise in leading product development planning and process flow from conceptualization to product launch in Automotive/Construction Equipment area.</li> <li>You have a good understanding of the Software roadmaps, EE architecture.</li> <li>Experience in using system engineering methods for defining requirements and conducting system level Risk analyses using Failure Modes and Effect Analysis (FMEA). Proficient&nbsp;knowledge in risk identification and risk reduction using PHA/FMEA techniques.</li> <li>Knowledge of local and global certification/standard/regulations requirements will be an added advantage</li> <li>To coach and develop the team and individual team members within EES in System Engineering.</li> <li>Expert in existing diagnostic protocols, Has Knowledge of upcoming diagnostics protocols.</li> <li>Strong knowledge of application features offered in construction industry in the market, able to propose new features or improvements to existing features</li> <li>Adept in analyzing large set of data from field testing to draw trends, generate statistical models and inferences, and diagnose / prevent field performance loss / failures.</li> <li>Able to support in building Proof of concepts with Software Development team for various advanced engineering ideas.</li> </ul>
