<p>7. Evaluates manufacturing processes by designing and conducting research programs</p>
<p>8. Develop manufacturing process by studying product requirements, researching testing methods. & conferring with equipment vendors.</p>
<p>9. Prepare product a process reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information and trends.</p>
<p>10. Keep equipment operational by coordinating maintenance and repair services.</p>
<p>11. Maintains product and process database by writing reports in excel sheets. Resolve issues and delays in production.</p>
<p>12. Find ways to reduce cost and maximize quality.</p>
<p>13. Train staff in new and existing processes.</p>
<p>14. Collaborate with other engineers, contractors and suppliers</p>
<p>15. Ensure that manufacturing procedures follow safety and environmental regulations</p>
<p>16. Uupgrade systems and processes with new technology</p>
<p>17. To prepare all necessary documents and attachments for the inspection and testing requirement. Prepare reports on the quality checks being done and maintain the related documents.</p>
<p>18. To review the works, check list, drawing specification sheets and related quality control documents.</p>
