<p><strong>Role &amp; responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Operating Knowledge:</strong>&nbsp;Basic working principles and functions of manual and automated machines.</li> <li><strong>Safety:</strong>&nbsp;PPE requirement for each work station based on work nature and follow the adherence&nbsp;Man Management:&nbsp;Daily attendance monitoring, Work allocation &amp; Production monitoring&nbsp;Quality Follow up:&nbsp;Fool proof working status verification, Field, salvage &amp; Inline Quality issues awareness and countermeasure follow up</li> <li><strong>Problem Solving:</strong>&nbsp;Root cause analysis and initiating counter action Shop Mgmt: Data capturing of prdn, B/Down &amp; Quality concerns</li> <li><strong>Delivery:</strong>&nbsp;Overstay TMs follow up and clearing, Rework and communication to respective I/Cs, Ensure TM supply to V/Assy line on time</li> <li><strong>Morale :</strong>&nbsp;Shop morale management and Employee Grievances address on time, New flexi manpower training</li> </ul>
