CAE Engineer

<p><strong>Roles &amp; Responsibilities of CAE Engineer</strong></p> <ul> <li>Responsible for handling all types Static Structural Analysis, Linear, Non linear, Modal , Harmonic, Fatigue, Durability, Thermal Analysis</li> <li>Identify potential critical challenges and failure modes including collaborating with other engineering teams to identify risks.</li> <li>Understand the project scope and able to calculate the loads &amp; constraints and perform the FEA</li> <li>Make recommendations to the design to improve their functional performance and reliability.</li> <li>Work with test engineers to develop/conduct FEA simulations to verify appropriateness of test methods.</li> <li>Prepare technical CAE reports of results.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Candidate Profile Desired Skills :-</strong></p> <ul> <li>Excellent understanding of solid mechanics and structural finite element analysis (FEA)</li> <li>Hands on Experience with Altair Hyperworks/ Hypermesh, Optistruct / Radioss &amp; Hyperview CAE software</li> <li>Ability to differentiate and utilize both system and subsystem analysis techniques to evaluate complex interactions</li> <li>Ability to define DOEs and analyzes the influence of design parameters to optimize the product design for a given application</li> <li>Similar Off highway industry candidate would be preferable</li> <li>Candidate should have good communication skill &amp; Presentation SkillsRole &amp; responsibilities</li> </ul>
