<p><strong>Job Responsibilities </strong></p><ul><li>Develop and implement quality control processes for mechanical components and assemblies</li><li>Inspect incoming materials inprocess items and finished products to ensure quality standards</li><li>Collaborate with design production and suppliers to meet quality requirements and resolve issues</li><li>Lead root cause analysis and implement correctivepreventive actions (CAPA)</li><li>Maintain quality documentation and support internalexternal audits (ISO 91 IATF 16949 etc)</li><li>Support PPAP FMEA Control Plans and other core quality documentation</li><li>Track and report on key quality metrics (defects rework complaints)</li><li>Drive continuous improvement using Lean Six Sigma or Kaizen methodologies<br><br><strong>Required Skills & Qualifications</strong></li><li>Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field</li><li>Proficient in quality tools (8D 5 Why Ishikawa) and measurement instruments (calipers micrometers CMMs)</li><li>Familiar with ISO standards ASME codes and GD&T</li><li>Knowledge of SPC and basic statistical analysis</li><li>Strong problemsolving communication and documentation skills</li><li>Proficient in MS Office experience with QMS is a plus</li></ul>
