<div>Roles & Responsibilities:</div><div><br></div><div>Lead Generation & Business Development- Identify and develop new business opportunities by researching potential clients approaching prospects and building a strong sales pipeline</div><div><br></div><div>Client Engagement & Relationship Management -Establish and maintain longterm relationships with customers by understanding their requirements providing tailored solutions and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction</div><div><br></div><div>Quotation & Proposal Management- Prepare and present accurate quotations technical proposals and commercial offers based on customer needs ensuring timely submission and professional communication</div><div><br></div><div>Followup on Quotations & Deals-Actively follow up with clients to track the status of quotations address queries negotiate terms and convert proposals into successful sales orders</div><div><br></div><div>Payment Followups & Collection- Ensure timely payment collection by coordinating with clients and finance teams sending reminders and resolving billingrelated concerns</div><div><br></div><div>Requirement Analysis -Work closely with clients to understand their technical and business requirements provide appropriate solutions and generate demand for productsservices</div><div><br></div><div>Collaboration with Internal Teams- Coordinate with technical operations and support teams to ensure smooth order execution and postsales support</div><div><br></div><div>Market Intelligence- Keep track of industry trends competitor activities and market developments to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge</div><div><br></div><div>Reporting & Documentation- Maintain records of leads opportunities client interactions and sales activities in CRM or reporting tools for management review</div>
