<li>Knowledge of KPIs for productivity (for example, resolution of</li>
<li>product-related support tickets)</li>
<li>Knowledge of KPI for code quality standards</li>
<li>Undertaking regular Root Cause Analysis, and problem-solving</li>
<li>Good to have knowledge of any cloud technology</li>
<li>Willingness to work in US/rotational shifts</li>
