<ul> <li>Hand-on experience in robotics system installation, maintenance &amp; troubleshooting, etc</li> <li>Hand-on experience in instrumentation and automation in the manufacturing industry.</li> <li>Should have knowledge about PLC/HMI programming and troubleshooting.</li> <li>Hand on Experience on CNC /SPM (special purpose machine) tec</li> <li>Exposure to pneumatic &amp; hydraulic systems, power packs, compressor etc.</li> <li>Able to prepare Maintenance strategies, procedures and methods like ISO documentation</li> <li>Carry out routine maintenance work such as programmable&nbsp;logic controllers which control on priority.</li> <li>Fit new part and&nbsp;make sure equipment is working correctly .</li> <li>Knowledge about of jig, fixtures, fittings&nbsp;or components .</li> <li>Able to control maintenance tools, stores, and equipment.</li> <li>Carry out routine maintenance work and respond to equipment faults (Electrical/electronic/instrumentation /mech etc.).</li> <li>Monitor and control the maintenance plan &amp; documentation, MTTR, MTBR, and equipment availability.</li> <li>Prepare PM checklist, history card, PM schedule etc,</li> <li>Should deal with emergencies, unplanned problems, and repairs.</li> <li>Follow the health safety policies and procedures of the organization.</li> <li>Team player with good communication skills in Kannada/English/Hindi.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Desired Qualifications: Required Qualification, Knowledge, and Experience:</strong></p> <p>Qualification: B.E. / B-Tech / in Electrical or Mechanical (Automobile Engineering).</p> <p>Experience: 0 to 5 years of experience in the automotive industry</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Key Competencies:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Highest level of integrity&nbsp;</li> <li>Sense of ownership and pride in his/her performance and its impact on the company&#39;s success&nbsp;</li> <li>Excellent communication, and problem-solving skills.&nbsp;</li> <li>Comfortable in a fast-paced environment adapts quickly to changes and is flexible with tight schedules.&nbsp;</li> <li>Comfortable with initiating and taking ownership of projects.&nbsp;</li> </ul>
