<ul>
<li>2.5 - 5 years of experience as a Quality test engineer.</li>
<li>Strong experience in performance testing tools like J-Meter</li>
<li>Ability to assess performance test criteria, scenarios, data load points by thoroughly studying the system</li>
<li>Explore application features and integrations to determine the test criteria</li>
<li>Realistic assessment of usage of system considering platforms, software solution</li>
<li>Ability to analyze interactions between the application and database and derive queries for data</li>
<li>Experience in capturing baseline metrics to define benchmarks</li>
<li>Alignment to current industry trends.</li>

<p><strong>Job Responsibilities</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Ability to analyze software requirements and relate to realistic usage of the application to derive 3 testable scenarios</li>
<li>Diligent execution skills covering remote scenarios.</li>
<li>Derive workload model and performance test criteria for the targeted solution by analyzing the product functionality and platforms</li>
<li>Determine key performance indices applicable for the system under test and propose a strategy to capture these by applying required load (both run time and base load)</li>
<li>Derive test criteria and run stress, endurance tests as needed</li>
<li>Contribute to deriving baseline benchmarks for products.</li>
<li>Identifying memory leakage, connection issues Bottleneck problem in the application</li>
<li>Analyze the CPU Utilization, Memory usage, Network usage and DB Parameters and DB Reports to verify the performance of the applications.</li>
<li>Prepare detail status reports, and monitoring of all defects and issues.</li>
<li>Exceptional comprehension skills, and ability to learn and contribute with minimal oversight a self-starter.</li>
<li>Test automation skills for both Web and non-web applications.</li>
