Sr. Engineer

<p><strong>Job description</strong></p> <ul> <li>Tech mahindra Ltd is looking for Sr Engineer to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey</li> <li>Lead the design, development, and implementation of complex technical projects, including developing project plans, creating technical specifications, and managing project timelines and budgets</li> <li>Collaborate with other engineers and stakeholders to ensure that projects meet the needs of the client, are safe, efficient, and cost-effective, and comply with industry best practices and regulatory requirements</li> <li>Conduct research and development to improve existing products or processes or develop new ones</li> <li>Use simulation tools to model and optimize designs, processes, and systems</li> <li>Analyze and interpret technical data to identify patterns and trends and develop solutions to technical problems</li> <li>Perform quality assurance testing to ensure that products or processes meet specified standards and requirements</li> <li>Mentor and train junior engineers to ensure that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to design, develop, and implement technical projects</li> <li>Create technical documentation and reports to communicate project results and recommendations to clients and other stakeholders</li> <li>Solid understanding of project management principles, including project planning, resource allocation, budget management, and risk management</li> <li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with other engineers and stakeholders and communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences</li> </ul>
