<p><strong>Job description:-</strong></p> <p><strong>Position:</strong>&nbsp;Deputy Manager/ Manager R&amp;D Motor Design- Dewas, Indore.</p> <p><strong>Education:</strong>&nbsp;B.E/B.Tech Mechanical / Electrical</p> <p><strong>Experience: </strong>1-8 years</p> <ul> <li>Induction Motor Design, Testing, and validation in New Product Development</li> <li>Initiate Development Project, plan and co-ordinate for Prototyping</li> <li>Performance verification and validation prior to market launch</li> <li>Value Engineering/Value Analysis for Product &amp; Component</li> <li>Analysis &amp; Identifying OFI for the Design Improvement</li> <li>Preparation and Implementation of ET/ED specification for all types of motors</li> <li>Verification, Validation, and updation of routine test specifications on assembly line testing panel</li> <li>Bench Marking and SWOT analysis of existing Electrical design of Open Well Submersible and surface-mounted motors</li> </ul>
