<li>Achieving the company order income targets in assigned area mainly into Automobile industry</li>
<li>To prepare business plan and update on Weekly basis and share the report with BU head.</li>
<li>Representing the company in exhibitions and in-house customer seminars or customer days.</li>
<li>Developing New market / untapped opportunities for different Product range in areas assigned for Business Development & Sales.</li>
<li>Sold over 20 machines in North India to Tier-1, Tier-2 and OEMs.</li>
<li>Knowledge on complete process and application of Cleaning machines</li>
<li>Tender submission, complete presales & post sales activities</li>
<li>Managing and updating enquiry status by conducting everyday meeting with a team size of ~10-12 members.</li>
<li>Engage in techno-commercial discussions with client, consultants for business development in Respective region.</li>
<li>Responsible for managing all project related activities like design, Manufacturing & dispatch with planning team.</li>
<li>Responsible in procuring bought out items both domestic and international imports.</li>
<li>Responsible for complete enquiry and order follow up of Rolling Mills equipment and Gearboxes.</li>
<li>Handling of logistics and commercial documentation like invoicing, Excise & payments Etc.</li>
<li>Working on Search Engine Marketing and Pay Per Click modules.</li>
<li>Estimation & Costing of Spares and Mill Equipments.</li>
<li>Preparation of offers for Revamping & Re furbishment activities.</li>
<li>Played a key role in improvement of sales and service section.</li>
<li>Experience on working of ERP and CRM software.</li>
<li>Identification & selection of suitable machine as per customer application in order to achieve their job through quality and accuracy.</li>
<li>Commencing technical and commercial discussions and attaining customers requirements as required by the team.</li>
<li>Knowledge of machines and material procured on high sea sales (HSS) and local basis.</li>
<li>Ensuring continuous interaction with customer to make sure that area of concern can be worked upon for improved service levels.</li>
<li>Ensuring that Quality and accuracy of machines are maintained when machines are installed.</li>
<li>Responsible for enlightening customers with features of Afri Hardness testers and Metkon made Sample preparation machines.</li>
<li>Responsible for calibrating hardness tester machines, Metallurgical microscope and Profile projectors using standard tools.</li>
<li>Responsible for all operational activities in the plant.</li>
<li>Responsible for handling Customer complaints, new developments and projects.</li>
<li>Hands on experience on CNC Machine, Laser cutting machines and printing machine.</li>
<li>Procurement of spares and consumables at optimum cost and as per required specifications.</li>
<li>Floating RFQ for requirement and obtaining quotations, making comparative statements, attending pre-bid meetings, awarding to the lowest bidder.</li>
<li>Ensuring raw material availability at optimum cost and quality mostly as Acrylic, PVC & Aluminum sheets.</li>
<li>Managing and executing production field work from the cutting of material to the fixing of sign boards onsite while ensuring safety all the time.</li>
<li>Responsible for jobs done on site at customer place with a team at given time and ensuring it satisfies the customer requirements.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Proven experience in the manufacturing/automation industry as a Sales Executive is mostly preferred with minimum 3-5 years of experience</li>
<li>PG/MBA in Marketing Fresher will also do</li>
<li>Proficiency in English/Hindi/Marathi</li>
<li>Excellent knowledge of MS Office</li>
<li>Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques</li>
<li>Fast learner and passion for sales</li>
<li>Self-motivated with a results-driven approach</li>
<li>Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations</li>
